Representative Tim Walz (D-MN-01) visited the IBEW Local 343 training center in south Rochester on June 5, 2012 and spoke of the urgency of extending the renewable energy production tax credit (PTC).

The Post-Bulletin covered the visit, reporting:

“The only thing we need that we’re lacking is the political will,” Walz said before a group of union electricians and apprentices at the IBEW Local 343 training center in south Rochester.

“Let’s do it (renew the credit) as quickly as possible.”
